As of December 1, 2012 the apps.gov website will no longer host "SaaS" vendors
or other  "cloud service" providers, and will be decommissioned.


The IT Schedule Center will no longer evaluate "SaaS" offerings or
  other "cloud service" offerings proposed specifically for apps.gov. Instead, the IT Schedule 70 contractors
will still  be able to offer their current "SaaS" offerings or "cloud service"
offerings  through their respective IT Schedule 70 contract, which will be
accessible via www.gsaadvantage.gov.


With the closure of apps.gov, the "SaaS" code process will no longer be
valid and  current "SaaS" vendors should update their GSA Advantage product
catalog with  their Contractor Part Number in lieu of their "SaaS" codes.
